The first ever Lehigh Valley vegan s’MAC DOWN will be happening on November 18, 2017 from 2-5:00 pm. This event will feature the vegan Mac and Cheeze recipes of 12 home cooks from the Lehigh Valley. The public is invited to sample and vote for their favorite in conjunction with the votes of the Lehigh Valleys finest “celebrity” judges. Several local restaurants will be invited to debut some of their favorite new vegan options. The event will also feature vegan friendly vendors offering samples of drinks, snacks, and apparel!
