POSTPONEMENT LANGUAGE FROM HOSTS:

Dear Vendors,
Due to the spreading rate of COVID-19 and out of an abundance of caution, after many talks with the hotel, staff and celebrity guests, we regret to announce we will have to postpone our March 27th, 28th and 29th 2020 show to NEW DATES: JUNE 26TH, 27TH AND 28TH 2020 at the Showboat Atlantic City, NJ.
All vendor spots will be transferred to the June 26th-28th event or the September 25th-27th 2020 event.
We are doing our best to have all of the same celebrity guests in attendance (most have already confirmed) as well as the vendors and filmmakers for June 26th-28th.
Over the past few days, we have been following the Coronavirus outbreak news and we are very concerned for our attendees, celebrities, vendors and staff. We simply cannot put our community at risk.
We had every intention on moving forward with the show up until last night and now, with full confirmation from Governor Murphy, this move is what needs to be done for everyone to be safe.
“All events involving a gathering larger than 250 people should be canceled to help contain the spread of coronavirus, Gov. Phil Murphy said Thursday, with the head of the New Jersey State Police saying later that authorities hold the legal power to order such events shut down if necessary.” – NJ1015.com
Thank you for all of your support, patience and understanding as we continue to work through all the details, contracts and communication related to this situation in the coming days and weeks. We want to put this show on just as much as you want to vend.
Please contact Kristen at kristennjhc@gmail.com with any questions that you may have and to confirm which show you would like your vendor spot to transfer to.
All the best and please be safe.
