The 1st Annual New Orleans Tattoo Arts Convention is hosted by Villain Arts! We will be in attendance with a wide selection of merchandise. We are raising awareness and providing education to everyone who stops by the booth. Deirdre “Little Darling” Franklin (will be celebrating her birthday!) and Jeff Pitbear will be in attendance.
