National Pit Bull Awareness Day Parade & Celebration (CO)

Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 21, 11-2 for the 7th Annual National Pit Bull Awareness Day Colorado “PARADE OF PIT BULLS” 2017 at Zoey’s Place in historic downtown Littleton, Colorado! 
Admission if FREE, and ALL dogs are welcome, so SPREAD THE WORD! 

Grab your leash and your well behaved dog/s then head to Littleton to strut with your pup in the ever popular ‘Parade of Pit Bulls’! Dog costumes are highly encouraged! There’ll be over 20 local and national pet businesses, humane education, nutrition info, demos, samples, contests, fundraising, in store specials all day long at Zoey’s Place, and the promise of a celebratory good time!

As in all previous celebrations, we’ll also be raffling awesome prizes to raise funds for a Colorado rescue, (TBD), and the CSU Animal Cancer Center, so save your dollars for a great cause! 

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

11 AM – 12 PM – The fun begins at 11am at Zoey’s Place, and allows for plenty of time to visit the featured businesses, chat with a trainer, pose with your best friend/s in our fun photo booth, splash in the pools (weather permitting), bob for hot dogs, and enter drawings for multiple prizes!

12 PM – 12:30 PM – Parade DEPARTS at 12:00 PM SHARP. We’ll stop at Bega Park for a quick group photo before walking the pumpkin lined sidewalks of Main Street and Alamo Avenue. 

1 PM – 1:30 PM – Contests
